The Coach House Suffolk

We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both meals were delicious and nicely presented. Breakfast had lots to choose from, including cooked and continental options. Our courtyard room was immaculate and had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived at the Coach House, we received a warm welcome, and every staff member was kind, friendly and helpful. We stayed one night and would certainly recommend it. I hope to come back.

Over three nights, everyone from the manager to the cleaners did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was one of the friendliest I could have hoped for, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was outstanding. I have no hesitation recommending it.

The accommodation was spotless, and we couldn’t fault it. Breakfast and the evening meals were wonderful too. Every member of staff was helpful, friendly and a credit to the hotel. We stayed for five nights and can’t understand why it only has a 3-star rating; it deserves at least 4 stars. Keep up the good work. Hopefully we’ll see you in January, Mr & Mrs Nice.

We were so impressed by the hospitality and how much we got for the price during our short family visit. The staff were polite, friendly and professional, and came across as genuine. Our three-course dinner included one of the best roast dinners I’ve had in years. Everything was fresh, hot, full of flavour and beautifully presented, and there were lovely dessert choices. Breakfast was included in the room price and was superb: cereals, granola, fruit salad, yoghurt, pastries, preserves, juices and water, plus a hot food menu. The English breakfast was excellent quality, beautifully served and properly hot. Tea and coffee were available on request. We arrived on Mother's Day, 15/3/26, after booking smoothly by phone a week earlier. The building looked charming, tidy and welcoming. The reception, dining rooms, lounge and bar were clean and tastefully decorated. Our courtyard rooms were just as impressive. The comfortable double bed, great shower, wall-mounted TV, safe, underfloor heating, sofa bed and complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits were all appreciated. Parking right outside the courtyard rooms was convenient. Highly recommended based on our stay.
