Forest Side Guesthouse

The scenery and decor at Forest side were beautiful, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Faultless stay, I'd recommend it to anyone and will definitely visit again. Thankyou.

We spotted horses and cows from our window each morning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Such an affordable, fantastic place in Lyndhurst, I couldn't fault it. I'll be back.

Rosetta and David made us feel safe with all the new CoVid rules and regulations, and you could see how carefully they'd thought about the House. Even the hangers were plentiful and all new, and the toiletries were very good quality. The rooms were large, lovely, spacious, clean and well decorated, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in a B&B. Their breakfast was first class, the best I've had in a B&B. Dad loved his scrambled eggs, uncle his fried eggs, and I was impressed by the real mixed fruit salad, not just apples and bananas. Rosetta and David were thoughtful and considerate while serving us. All five of us loved every minute at the Forest Side Guesthouse. When I return to the New Forest, this is where I'd stay again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thank YOU both SO much for everything! They were wonderful hosts from the start, hugely accommodating, friendly and incredibly helpful. Their B&B is the best one I've stayed in.

It's a short walk to the pubs and restaurants, and the New Forest Park entrance is next door. Lovely for an evening walk with the pony’s. Rosie and David welcomed us warmly, including chatting with my six year old. The room was very spacious, with tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge. The huge bed was comfortable, and there was a power shower with shower gel. Breakfast was a freshly cooked full English, with thick, non-greasy bacon, plus cereal, toast and fruit. I'd recommend staying at their beautiful guest house.
