10/10
We stayed for three nights, then extended by another two days, and Tel let us stay until nearly 3 while we waited for our bus, even though checkout is at 11. The owner is an absolute gentleman, and nothing seems to be a problem for Tel. There's plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, and there's a chippy and kebab shop right below, with Aldi across the road. If I'm back in Macclesfield, I'd definitely stay here again. The whole experience was 10/10, a home away from home.
