We’re 110% happy and will be back to this lovely little gem. During our bike catastrophe, the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. Jason & Gill, you both did a wonderful job, and breakfast was amazing, especially my veggie breakfast. The Red Lion is within walking distance in the same village, with delicious home-cooked food. My only complaint is that the portions are so generous! If you love a hearty meal, you’ll love it. I’d recommend this beautiful B&B to anyone wanting a lovely break. Thanks again, Gill & Jason. Jason is such a friendly, welcoming host and knows a lot about the area. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order, with plenty to choose from. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. My best B&B stay so far, and I highly recommend it.

My partner and I spent Easter weekend here and had a wonderful time. The owners were friendly and looked after everything we needed, from tea in the room to water by the bed for the night. The breakfasts and dinners were both delicious. Our room was comfortable, beautiful, spotless and welcoming, and the location was charming. The whole stay made our holiday truly special.

A beautiful cottage tucked away from the noise and turmoil of everyday life. The rooms were clean and tidy, the beds comfortable, and the breakfasts nicely presented. The hosts were very friendly, and Jason knows North Wales well, with suggestions depending on what you enjoy doing. I can’t fault our stay and would definitely recommend Ty Derw Country house and hosts Gill and Jason. Thanks to you both for a lovely break.

Jill and Jason were lovely, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was cosy and really comfortable, and it felt like home from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic couple of days and only wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely return, couldn’t rate it more highly.
