The house is spotless and nicely furnished, and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom work well for someone who can't manage a full flight of stairs. The location is handy for North Bay, and the property was perfectly acceptable for our holiday, despite not matching everything in the listing. There isn't really a courtyard seating area, just a table and chairs by the bin, so a family couldn't sit outside together. There's also no off-street or in-street parking. You can unload outside, then park around the corner. The smart TV needs your own Netflix account, which the listing and guest manual don't make very clear. The steps into the property don't have a full handrail, so it won't suit someone unable to manage stairs, though it may be manageable with a bit of help. The dining table is in the living room, where there isn't room for a family meal. The house is clean and furnished well, but it isn't quite as advertised. That didn't spoil the property or our holiday.
