Derek and Ann made us feel so welcome, and the sea views were beautiful. The location was just right. There was everything in the room, from a sewing kit, nail file, chocolate, and sweets to a hairdryer and even a heat mat for hair straighteners. We couldn’t believe how cheap the bar was. Breakfast was amazing, with a fantastic range of food, and the cooked breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve had. We’d definitely stay again!

Derek was friendly and explained lots about the place. The decor in our room was lovely, and the bed was clean and comfy. There was tea and so on, the location was nice and quiet, and the towels were changed every day. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots to choose from. Wow, what a nice place. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would return. Thanks for a brilliant stay xx

A really friendly bed and breakfast, all round. The hosts are the best you could ask for, and the rooms are very clean and finished to a high standard. Absolutely marvellous. First choice and first class in Scarborough.

A comfortable room with a wide, panoramic view over North Shore and the castle made this an excellent little retreat. Breakfast had a decent choice of scran, and it’s just a few minutes from pubs, food, and the seafront. I’ll be back.
