We had plenty of space for the six of us, including lots of seating, and useful storage in the bedrooms. My friends and I stayed two nights in February 2026 in the Old Hop Kiln, a three bedroom property. The cottages and their beautiful surroundings were even more charming than the photographs suggested. The Old Hop Kiln has lovely original features alongside every modern convenience, and the bedrooms were beautifully presented.

Duck pond cottage was a great choice for our December stay with our little dog Scamp. There was good parking, it was well equipped and so peaceful. The lounge and kitchen were roomy and relaxing, and the bedroom and bathroom were quiet. We slept like babies in the country air. Alison and Simon were extremely helpful and knew lots about the area and places to visit and eat. Say hello to Jack too, the most laid back dog ever. We had no problems, but it felt like nothing would be too much trouble if we needed help. Scamp loved the woodland walks and greeting the turkeys. We had a look inside a couple of the other beautiful cottages and they looked superb throughout. I'd recommend this place for couples, families, special events or booking several cottages. You wouldn't regret staying here. A big hello and thank you to Alison and Simon, their family and the dogs for a lovely stay. Andrew Alison and Scamp.

Duck pond cottage was fabulous, spotless, modern, cosy and private. We stayed last June and found it a wonderfully peaceful place, with lovely hosts. It's a hidden gem and I'd highly recommend it. We'll definitely return next time we're in the area.

We have happy memories of both visits to this special place. The Indian Runner ducks kept us entertained, and the cottages are very well appointed, in a lovely spot with glorious views of the west side of the Malvern Hills. This was our return visit, after staying in the cottages at Christmas in 2004. The ownership has changed, but the welcome was just as warm as before, including for our dog. Our hosts had taken every Covid precaution possible, which made us feel safe. Thank you, Alison and Simon, for making us so welcome.

We only met Alison, who owns this beautiful property, and she was so welcoming and friendly. The whole place feels like a pretty little village, a unique spot that's picture perfect. We booked a weekend in the duck pond and wished we'd booked longer. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a self catering stay. The website pictures really don't do it justice. We'd love to return. Loved it!
