The little kitchen was handy, with a fridge, hob, and microwave, though there wasn't enough cutlery for our booking. The location also suited what we needed. Beyond that, the stay was frustrating. Doors banged constantly, the bed was quite hard, and there weren't enough pillows. Water went everywhere through the bathroom's shower doors, which could be better. The frosted glass bathroom door had no blind, so light came through all night.

We picked this hotel for its location on our first Manchester trip from London, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room was really spacious and had all the essentials, from a microwave and hob to a full-length mirror. Olivia was a delight, and the team were super nice. We could also extend checkout, which worked perfectly. We'll be back.

Our Smart Studio was cosy and spacious, and we were treated with care and respect. We stayed for an Easter trip and were glad we chose it. The hotel is easy to find at the Corn Exchange mall. I expected noise because of the location, but we didn't hear a thing. Manchester Cathedral is about a three-minute walk away, and the National Football Museum is about two minutes away.

The Sovereign Suite was stunning, and it's a beautiful place to stay while enjoying Manchester. Everything you need is close by, including good places to eat and nice bars. The lovely woman at reception was efficient, sorted out our room, and made sure we were happy.
