I got bitten over 20 times while sitting on the sofa the first evening. I complained the next morning, but when I came back the sofa hadn’t been touched. I used the dining chair and complained again. The following day the sofa still hadn’t been vacuumed, though I’d received a text asking if I wanted it cleaned (!?!). I sat on the dining chair again and got bitten once more. I showered and left the next day.

The apartment was covered in damage and looked nothing like the pictures. The fridge was missing its covering panel, and you had to claw at the handles to open them. The shower tap was broken, and there was hair all over the place. I would never stay here again.

We booked well ahead, but when we arrived they’d overbooked and had no apartment available for us. The desk staff were disgustingly rude. Avoid at all costs!

This was a complete con. It was advertised as a luxury serviced apartment with pool and spa access, but they didn’t tell us those facilities were only available to guests staying longer than a month. For a 1 or 2 night stay, they’re completely useless. The place wasn’t luxury either. It was cheaply decorated with IKEA and Home Bargains furnishings. The building “manager” refused to give us a refund. We only realized what a hole it was at 6pm, by which point finding somewhere else was too late and too expensive. It pretty much ruined my partner’s and my birthdays. Never again.

Loved my stay and would come back. Parking was the only hassle since there isn't any on site, though there are plenty of pay-and-display car parks nearby. One was only £8 for 24 hours.
