Hilltop Serviced Apartments - Piccadilly

We had a lovely room with two double bedrooms, one with an en suite, plus a separate bathroom with a shower. The lounge had a TV and a small kitchen stocked with cutlery, glasses, cups and the other basics. There was also a hairdryer and iron. We enjoyed the stay, and the location was great for couples or families. We didn’t see anyone else during our visit, and there was no one at reception, though a phone number was available if we needed help. The main frustration was the money side. Before arrival we had to pay £200 on top of the £400+ already paid for the bank holiday stay. Early arrival before 3pm cost another £25 per person, and when we didn’t pay it, they called more than five times asking for it. We were deciding between here and the Stay Apart Hotel, and next time we’d probably choose the latter because of the pressure about money. Otherwise, it was a great choice. We’re still waiting for our deposit back.
