The walk into Avebury village centre and around the main henge circles takes about 15 minutes, and you can pass the Adam and Eve stones along the way. I found the Avebury area and the henges magical, with a lovely pub and some great little shops nearby. Antoinette was so personable and flexible about our check-in, and we'd definitely like to stay with her again. The room was cosy and clean. Breakfast was a lovely vegetarian fry-up, with vegetables, mushrooms, egg, freshly chopped fruit, yoghurt, bread and more.

The room was comfy and lovely, and in warmer weather the cute garden would be a great place to sit in the sun with a drink. The host was welcoming and made a delicious vegetarian breakfast, a nice change from a full English. It's only a short, pleasant walk to the stones and The Red Lion. My first stay in Avebury definitely won't be my last now I've found this little gem!

For three days I painted and sketched while my husband went for long walks with our dog. Our quiet, comfortable room and superb vegetarian breakfast were part of the best holiday we've ever had in the UK. The ancient stones, countryside and beautiful village seemed to melt away everyday stress. Antoinette was a perfect hostess and has made her house comfortable and charming, with so much kindness. Her little dog Louis is sweet too.

Avebury's extraordinary landscape is wonderful to discover from here. Antoinette is such a warm, kind host, and her B&B feels comfortable and a little magical. The perfect place to stay.

Guests can use the lounge and garden, and the landlady was welcoming. It's a charming little BnB, about a 15 minute walk from the stone circles. Very clean, with a comfy bed. For a longer stay, there might not be quite enough room to store your clothes.
