The meal was delightful, and Willa made the evening memorable with wonderfully attentive service and helpful guidance through the wine list. My husband and I spent two nights here using a voucher, and had dinner in the bar, which felt rustic and chic at first glance. Receptionist Sasha welcomed us so warmly and was helpful and understanding. The food was spot on and the service impeccable. I do think the blinds need some repair, but we loved everything else.

There are two car parks, with plenty of spaces. The site also has EV charging at better rates than most public chargers. It can deliver 11kw, so keep that in mind when estimating charging time, and move your car once charging is done because there's a fee for leaving it plugged in without charging. We had a great restaurant experience too, with several of us asking to change dishes and receiving wonderful service.

The food was fantastic, and the service was the sort other hotels could only dream of. Staff were attentive and worked together as a team. It's a dog friendly hotel with proper service and no airs and graces. Thanks for making our stay so good.

The room felt very old and tired, though the bedding was clean. The bathroom was fairly clean and had a good handheld shower. At £110 a night, it seemed excessive, though I assume reliable, well paid staff are needed. The beer my partner chose at the bar was off.
