The Farm House Apartment + Free Parking

We had a lovely time here with friends. The house is large, with lots of rooms for a big group, and it was clean and tidy with plenty of amenities. It’s in a good location too, about a five-minute walk from the nearest bus stop for York. Would definitely recommend it and come back with friends.

The Airbnb pictures don’t really show how beautiful this place is. McDonald's is nearby, along with M&S services. It’s a short drive, taxi or bus ride to York city centre.

The place was clean and convenient for a nearby m&s service station. The EV charger uses a 3-pin plug, though having one was better than nothing. Some other Airbnbs we’ve stayed in had more or better basics, but this one was still perfectly fine. We let them know the fridge door was broken. The TV, Sky, soundbar and Sony Freesat setup was a bit temperamental too, with the soundbar cutting out and the Sky box going offline. We weren’t there to watch much TV, so it didn’t bother us. The stairs would be difficult for someone who struggles with them, but they were fine for us.

I liked the complimentary coffee machine, and the information booklet was clear and useful. The apartment was very clean and modern, with nice views from every window.
