The Cottage B&B

Breakfast is restaurant quality, with bacon, eggs and sausage from good local suppliers. The beds are extremely comfortable too, so a good night's sleep feels assured. My wife and I love coming back to the Cottage. Claire and Clive are genial hosts who always give us a warm welcome. I've stayed in all the rooms at different times, and they’re all well appointed with plenty of space for clothes.

Breakfast was lovely, and the room was clean, spacious, and had a decent sized en-suite and good WiFi. Chris and Claire made my wife and me feel very welcome during our two night stay. They were friendly, professional, and couldn't do enough for us. It was a pleasant experience all round, with everything you'd want in a B&B. I'd highly recommend the cottage and would consider staying again on future visits. Thank you for the hospitality, Claire and Chris 👍

Room 5 was really quiet and clean, with a huge bed and an ensuite bath and shower. We got a warm welcome from very friendly hosts, and there was a great selection on the tea tray. Breakfast was fantastic. There’s a great pub across the road for an evening meal. Definitely recommend it, and we’d stay again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Porlock is right on the doorstep, and the location worked perfectly for us. The beach is a pleasant 30 minute walk away, and there's a pub across the street for dinner and ale afterwards. Chris and Claire gave us a genuinely warm welcome. Our cosy room had tea, hot chocolate and snacks, and the bed was so comfortable we slept perfectly. The bathroom was well equipped, with a nice hot shower. Breakfast was delicious, with a small menu to choose from. Chris served it with real enthusiasm and shared some tips for things to do nearby. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this B&B.
