The apartment had real wow factor, with the old ceiling mouldings still in perfect condition. The beds were comfortable, and after watching the sunset through the lounge windows we had a great night's sleep. The owners welcomed us so warmly and kindly, and it was lovely to stop for a chat. They had late availability and saved our Bank Holiday disaster on the East Coast. This gorgeous place is hard to do justice to in a review. It's handy for walks and drives, and only a few miles from the motorway, though you'd never notice it. Thanks again for rescuing our Bank Holiday. Alan and Jaqs x

The host gave us a lovely warm welcome, and there are nice views from the room. This B & B is close to the centre of Moffat but on a quiet road, so we slept well. There's good parking outside the house too.

My daughter stayed here for work, and Jan took such good care of her. She's a lovely lady. The room and breakfast were both first class, and the location is idyllic. I'd definitely recommend Rosebery House for a wonderful stay. Thanks again, Jan, you're truly lovely.

Jan was so kind and helpful while we were there, and the house itself is lovely, with comfortable rooms and excellent food. We had a great two-night stay at Rosebery and will be back. Definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was really good and had something for everyone. The rooms were clean and airy, with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The landlady was welcoming, pleasant, and knew the area extremely well. Excellent B&B.
