The owner was so caring and couldn't do enough for her guests. I was welcomed so warmly, and the spacious room was tidy, nicely decorated, and felt homely. Such a lovely place. Thanks so much, I'll definitely come back! 😊

We'll definitely come back with our motorbikes. We got such a warm welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Great place to stay!

At first the place seemed fine, but the hallway had a cigarette smell. The kitchen area had no ventilation or exhaust, and the bathroom often clogged. There was also usually a bit of a sewer smell coming from the shower drain.

The owner looked after us so well and was really friendly. It was just right for our weekend stay. Thanks, and I'd highly recommend it.

The room, breakfast, and location were all perfect, and Maureen was incredibly helpful. We booked two nights at Rockhill guesthouse at short notice after powercuts in the north of Scotland. Many thanks.
