The room feels comfortable and homely, and the hosts Craig and Rebecca were friendly and very helpful. It's a beautiful spot near lots of walks, within walking distance of a pub and close to Mold and Ruthin. I'd recommend it for a relaxing romantic break.

Dominic picked us up from the Offa’s Dyke Path near the A494 and drove us a short way to his B&B. We had a large room with a big, comfortable bed and good amenities. Since his local pub wasn't serving food, he drove us to another nearby pub for dinner and collected us afterwards. There was a small fee, but it was well worth it. We slept so well in the quiet, with that great bed. Breakfast is continental, which is fine by me since cooked breakfasts get a bit much day after day. Highly recommend.

I've stayed here three or four times for work, and it's also a good base for a long Welsh weekend away. Having your own little apartment in a quiet, tranquil spot makes a nice change, and Dom, the host at Hafan Deg, is really welcoming and helpful. Mold is right on the doorstep, with good restaurants, pubs, and everything you need. 'Just Steak' is a must! The area around here is beautiful, with great walks, Snowdonia national park, and excellent driving roads close by. Well recommended.

We would have stayed for a week if we could. It was an unexpected little paradise tucked among beautiful gardens and forests. The breakfast was the best we've had in a very long time, and our kids and puppy were gloriously happy. Thank you for letting us experience this beautiful corner of the world.

The bath and a hot drink made a miserable-weather stay feel properly cosy. With the underfloor heating, I was rested and warm in no time, and feeling pretty pleased with my choice. The place itself is spotless and full of character, with lovely crisp linen and a comfortable bed. We’d had clear directions beforehand and a warm welcome too. I travel for work around 100 days a year, so I’ve stayed in plenty of places, and this is one of my personal favourites. Those 10/10 reviews make sense. I’ll be back.
