I love this hotel and its stunning location, and I'm already planning my fourth year in a row here next year. The staff are lovely, professional, and have good manners. The new carpet looks fantastic, the old one had looked tired. One thing that would make arriving even nicer is repainting the flaky, bare-looking windows at the front of the house white. First impressions matter. Thank you.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful, from the character of the place to the excellent food and spotless, comfortable rooms. The staff were absolutely brilliant, and special thanks to Kelly and Keeley at reception, who went the extra mile to sort out our room needs. Our group of 24 stayed for two nights in May to celebrate my 60th birthday. We'd been planning it for a year, and everything went smoothly from the first inquiry. We thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to coming back soon. Well done, Nethy Bridge Hotel. You're a real credit to Highland hospitality.

The views on the way there were beautiful, and the front desk staff were great. They were really busy when we arrived but stayed friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean, and the four of us had a nice two-room suite. Breakfast was good, and there was live music when we arrived. It's tucked away, and I wish we'd had time to explore the little town.

We visited with family on a Friday night in May and shared a twin room. Dinner was the highlight, all three courses each were exceptionally good. Breakfast was less impressive, with a basic continental spread and a simple hot buffet. We were there during a large coach party, and the kitchen struggled to keep food available. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little basic. The bathroom's odd sliding door didn't close fully, which was fine since we were family. It's clearly an old building and could do with modernising. The location in lovely Nethybridge was excellent, with free parking right outside.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was nice overall, but a few small things bothered us. There were a couple of minor stains on the sheets, the shower was barely more than a trickle and made for a long shower, and the sink was much too short, with the hot and cold handles on opposite sides. The hotel itself is really beautiful, but the room didn't have the Victorian feel we'd hoped for when we first saw it. There were also a few other neglected spots around the hotel. It was a decent stay, though not perfect.
