Waking up to farmland and distant hills was such a treat. The cottage is well appointed, with shops, pubs and places to visit nearby, even though it feels tucked into the Welsh countryside. The new owners were courteous and professional, and left a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and snacks.

We had some great walks with the kids, my husband and the dogs, and the beaches are close by and very dog friendly. Back at the cottage, we watched a movie while the dogs slept and the log fire burned as it rained. Wales is a beautiful place.

The house is laid out really nicely, and the views are stunning. Beaches and walks are only a short drive away, and Tesco is about 20 minutes off if you need anything.
