The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. The place itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, and it’s only a short drive to Murlough National Nature Reserve, which was a bonus. Arlene was lovely to chat with and went out of her way to make us and our two hyperactive boxers feel welcome. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.

The room was just right, the food was beautiful, and the whole stay was a lovely experience at a very reasonable price. I could bring my agility DOG, and the enclosed garden gave her space to run around with Arlene’s friendly dogs. Arlene was a wonderful, friendly hostess, and her husband was so helpful too. I could get an early breakfast before my 8.30 agility competition, and I used their in-house taxi service at a very reasonable rate. Best B&B I’ve ever stayed in. I’d definitely come back.

A good find. The host was lovely, and the self-contained flat was ideal for two people and a dog. It’s a short distance from the main road, close to Dundrum village and lots of outdoor venues, with a Spar shop and petrol/diesel about half a mile away. The fenced raised patio is partly paved and partly decked with astroturf, plus outdoor chairs and a table. Inside there’s a fully furnished breakfast/dining/sun room, all the appliances, a TV and WiFi. The big draw for walkers is the location. It’s not large, but it worked perfectly for us.
