We loved this apartment. It was modern, clean and spacious, with a balcony and good amenities, and the location was great. They even left a cute welcome card. We broke the apartment key, so I had to pay for it, but they were very understanding about it. I'd definitely come back if they'll have us 😂

The location worked really well for Trent Bridge cricket, and the price was decent. It was a nice touch that some key essentials were already there for us. Free street parking just a two minute walk away was handy for our second car, since each apartment only gets one allocated on-site space.

The building and its permanent fixtures are excellent quality. The furniture, especially the mattresses, doesn't match that standard. The plastic buttons on the mattress dug into my hips each night. A mattress pad could cover them and make the beds much more comfortable.

I had to cancel my stay in Nottingham, and the customer experience was awful. The hotels may be nice, but the company that runs them leaves a lot to be desired. There was no compassion at all.

The rooms are nice and reasonably clean. You can hear everything from the stairwells, and the main road makes it quite noisy, but I'd use the place again.
