The garden was lovely and well kept, a nice place to sit outside. Our rooms were clean and lovely, and breakfast was lovely too. The staff were welcoming, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We’ll definitely return and 100% recommend this B&B.

The main road traffic makes it too noisy, although the location is good. The bathroom has no extractor fan, and the electric shower had low hot water pressure. The lady at reception was very helpful.

We’d definitely stay again when we visit Nottingham. Our rooms were spotless and cosy, and breakfast was lovely. The host at Tudor Lodge was so thoughtful, waiting up until after midnight to make sure we had everything we needed. We’d booked late after our other accommodation let us down, and my car had also broken down that evening. The host was wonderful and let me leave the broken-down car in the car park even after check-out. Highly recommend these lovely hosts.

The owner was friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The rooms are basic but clean, with a small en-suite bathroom and a decent shower. For this reasonable price, it was just what you’d want. Good value, in my opinion, and breakfast was a nice fry-up served right on time.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean, and I went for the vegetarian breakfast, which set me up well for work. The staff were welcoming and accommodating during my recent stay while working nearby. It was fairly quiet despite the busy road outside, and the windows kept out most of the noise. A lorry did wake me with its horn at 5am, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Highly recommend this lovely, homely hotel.
