Gramarvin BB

From Mary and Joe’s B&B, we could look out over the town, harbour, and ferries coming and going. Mary welcomed us at the door and gave helpful advice on places to eat and how to get to Mull. The room was spacious and neat, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast just right. The property is well above the Main Street, so there’s a somewhat steep slope to walk up. Ask Mary for directions, since Google Maps may send you up a very steep set of stairs. We loved our stay and will return to Mary’s wonderful B&B when we’re in Oban again.

We were so happy to begin our month-long Scotland trip at the Gramarvin. The room was immaculate, with beautiful views, and we loved relaxing with a book in the window seat. Our host was lovely and extremely helpful, and breakfast came with more than enough food. Oban is a lovely town and easy to explore on foot from the guest house. We loved our stay and can’t say enough good things.

The view was so good it was hard to look away, though there was free Wi-Fi if you could manage it! Our room was beautiful and spotless, and the breakfast tray was very nice. The host was friendly, lovely, and helpful. The steps up to the property are steep, but we were offered help with our case if we needed it. A delightful visit. I’d choose this place first if I’m back in the area.
