The cottage was spacious and pleasant, with parking on site, and the host was polite. It's a quiet spot with a lovely outdoor area and a nice view. I think it would be better to visit in summer than winter. A few things need attention. We were asked to bring our own towels, and the booking site gave a 10am checkout, while a kitchen note said to leave by 9am PROMPT. Bring sugar, coffee, salt and pepper, and perhaps extra toilet paper. The toilet needs renovation, and the cleaning wasn't up to standard, particularly in the shower. There was mould in the bathroom, especially on the shower ceiling.
