Apartment A High Hedges

After a 17-hour flight from Perth and then a coach ride to Oxford, I got there really early, but my room was already ready. The tea and toast they brought me felt like a lifesaver. The hosts were so lovely, and the vegetarian sausages and the rest of the food were great too. The room was beautiful and had every amenity I needed. Warm, comfortable, and just fabulous. Highly recommend!

We chose breakfast in the main building, though we could have used the apartment kitchen, which already had tea and coffee stocked. Breakfast was perfect. The apartment was spacious, comfortable throughout, and very good value, especially so close to Oxford centre. We drove about a mile and used the convenient park and ride. Melanie and David were absolutely charming and nothing was too much trouble. I travel around the UK a lot, and High Hedges is easily the nicest place we've stayed in years. If we visit Oxford again, it'll be our first choice.

The hostess was really friendly and helpful, and we'll definitely book this B@B next time we're in Oxford. The room was a decent size, very clean, and nicely decorated, with an en suite, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and kettle. It looks recently refurbished, and the centre was about a five-minute drive away. A nice, cosy B@B.

The hosts were lovely and the breakfast was great. I was looking after our three-month-old while my wife was at a hen do, and the baby had an accident as soon as we arrived. The hosts kindly washed her clothes and offered us the empty room next door if we wanted to use it. Great B and B, and we'll visit again if we're in the area.
