We had a room at the top, which was spacious and comfortable, and the service was friendly. Watch the bottom two steps, though. They blend into the floor and are a real hazard. The tub is also quite high, so getting in and out can be a bit difficult. We left early for our flight, so I can't comment on breakfast. Parking was handy, and it's close to the airport.

It was a quiet hotel, just a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of Paisley, with parking available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. With its wooden floors, high ceilings, log fire, and extensive Whiskey bar, it felt like a country house despite being right in town.

After our wedding at Coats, we stayed at Ashtree House Hotel, and it was a lovely way to end the day. We were welcomed warmly as soon as we arrived, and the hotel had a cosy atmosphere with every detail just right. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast the next morning had plenty of delicious choices, and gave us a lovely chance to start the day thinking back on our wedding memories.

I stayed here twice on my trip to Scotland, one night when I arrived and two nights before I left. Both rooms were beautiful and quiet, and the place was charming throughout. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous and delicious. The host and hostess made us feel so welcome. I spoke most with Maureen and found her kind and informative. Staying here was a real delight.
