Four families were travelling from different parts of the UK, and finding somewhere large enough had already been difficult. Then the owner cancelled with barely 24 hours' notice, leaving all of us scrambling for another place. Calls and emails went unanswered, and no compensation was offered. It was a shockingly badly handled situation that ruined our weekend away.
