Breakfast and the evening meal were good, and the staff were pleasant. It's a comfortable hotel that isn't too expensive. If you're driving, there's a large public car park out front, with a big Sainsbury's next door. It's a little out of the way if you're going to the shops in Penrith.

Premier Inn really came to our rescue after our Airbnb stay went badly. The staff took great care of us, and we're so grateful for all their help. Sadly they could only fit us in for one night. Thank you so much.

I had a migraine and was feeling awful when the woman checking me in went out of her way to help. Her colleagues were just as sweet and made sure I had what I needed. I really appreciated their kindness when I felt so ill. Thank you, ladies. Premier Inn is lucky to have such lovely staff. ♥️♥️♥️

Carl was helpful with our questions and gave us local tips on places to visit in Penrith. The rooms are clean, the service has been great, and the location is just right if you want pubs and restaurants within walking distance. 👍

I stayed here for a week with work. The food options are limited and seem to come from the freezer, so I got a takeaway one night. The bar was quiet, we were buying drinks, and we were told it was fine to eat there. The next day, despite the place still being empty and us spending money, we were told takeaways weren't allowed in the bar. Maybe the menu needs improving.
