The place was hard to find, down a creepy alley, and didn't look like a hotel. The site had builders working, though this wasn't advertised, there was no heating, and the electrics went out more than once. There were stale crisps left as a customer gift, and people ran up and down the stairs making lots of noise. It was a bad experience, and nothing was done when I raised it with who I believe was in charge. The listing says there isn't reception on site, which is fine, but the owner didn't answer for two hours. I called about ten times and was ignored. He said he'd emailed instructions, but I never got anything. Please avoid being overcharged by £65 for a room in a building site. Maybe they shouldn't advertise rooms until the work is finished. Seems logical.
