Room 9 was wonderful for our two-night stay, with great facilities, perfect cleanliness and a very comfortable bed. It was at the top of the building, but we managed the stairs. The blue table theme in the breakfast room was a favourite. Our hosts were so friendly and took time to tell us about the Mill and its history. It was a real treat to see the video of the otter feeding in the Mill. Well done!

A lovely place, about a 10-minute walk from North Yorks Railway and the town centre. Breakfasts were great, and you might even see otters in the mill workings from the dining room. The shower in our second-floor room kept going hot and cold, and the hot water pressure seemed low.

The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was cooked to order, so it was fresh and tasty. The couple who run this B&B were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable.
