The hosts made everything easy, from sharing tips for walks, dinner and things to do, to picking us up and taking our bags to the train station while we enjoyed our last day. Booking directly with the B&B meant we could ask questions, arrange the pickup and check details easily. Replies were prompt, so booking was a breeze. The location is quiet and away from the crowds, yet only a seven-minute walk to downtown. The view over the Cairngorms from the back of the house, our room and the dining room was breathtaking. The beds were so comfortable that we were glad to have a delicious breakfast and great walking trails to get us up. We chose breakfast the night before from a wide range of options. It was a perfect escape.

We were in Pitlochry for the Caledonian Etape cycling event and had a brilliant stay at Derrybeg. The views are stunning, the rooms were comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were very helpful.

We had a delightful stay for the Highland Games. The hosts were friendly, and each room has a very comprehensive information binder. The garden is lovely to sit in, with a little garden cottage to hang out in too. It’s an easy walk to everything in Pitlochry. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious, especially the salmon and eggs on toast. We’d stay again.

Leslie and Ronnie were so welcoming and made sure breakfast was cooked just how I wanted it. They cater well for vegetarian and vegan guests too. I was there for two work nights in a small single room, which was adequate for my needs. There are larger rooms that would suit a couple or a longer stay. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring Pitlochry, and the garden is a lovely place to sit in the evening sun. I’d highly recommend it and hope to stay again. Thank you!

I slept wonderfully in a fantastic room, and really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fruit salad. Lesley and Ronnie gave us a warm welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. The location was perfect for walking into town, and the garden with its summer house was lovely to sit in.
