I barely slept, so I’ll leave it there. The mattress was so worn I could feel the springs, and the room still had the owners’ daughter’s things in the wardrobe and on the shelves. For what it was, it was very overpriced.

The owners were friendly, and the house and grounds were lovely. It’s a bit out of the way, though easy enough to reach by car. I’d happily recommend it and stay again if I’m nearby.

I’m a neighbour and have no connection with Culmhead House. Google has got it wrong again.

No use to me, it’s no longer a B&B.
