Lockyer House is part of the Kynance House Group and can be booked through them. With different room options at reasonable prices, it seems a good choice for a quiet getaway and is worth a visit.

A brilliant place to stay, nicely central for local attractions. I'll return. Just a note, it's part of a group of B&Bs, and check-in was at a building called kynance house.

BEWARE! Storm Emma and the extreme weather meant I couldn't physically get to Plymouth. I asked for a refund because of the situation and tried calling several times, but nobody answered. All I got was an email saying there were no refunds. Really bad hospitality!
