The station is right next door, and there’s free parking outside, with restaurants and the town centre an easy walk away. We had two rooms for one night before taking the steam train the next day. Both were quiet, with generous room sizes and huge bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the showers nice and hot. There’s no lift, but we were on the first floor, so getting our cases upstairs wasn’t too hard.

There’s tea, coffee and some breakfast in the room. It was lovely and spacious, with a very clean bathroom and a shower that worked well.

Really clean and very comfy, and the location made everything easy. If you’re travelling without a car like I was, Portmerion is just one short train ride away. Hats off to this place!

The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable, and the price was great. It’s in a handy spot right beside the train station.

Our room on the second floor was big enough, though the bathroom was very small. The building has just two floors and no lift, and it’s close to the train station. The water only came on when you pulled a cord, and the bathroom light worked the same way. It was very cold outside during my stay, but the owner didn’t put the heating on until late at night and again in the morning. I didn’t have breakfast.
