Lisa made me feel welcome straight away, and the house was spotless, with lovely period decor. Breakfast was first class too. I had to find somewhere to stay at the last minute, and this turned out to be a little gem. I’d choose it over Premier Inn or Travelodge. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks, Lisa, and happy Christmas to you and your family.

A quiet spot near Cardiff with parking was just what we wanted. Lisa was warm and welcoming, and made us feel at home right away. The room had a comfortable bed, internet TV and a lovely en-suite. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely, too.

The train station is a 10 minute walk away, with Cardiff another 10 minutes by train. Our annex room was clean and lovely, and breakfast included delicious homemade jam alongside quality food. Lisa was so welcoming and happy to help with anything. A perfect stay.

We were lucky to find a place so convenient at the last minute. Lisa was helpful in every way, and breakfast was good. We’ll be back.

Breakfast was amazing, with four hot meal choices plus cereals, fruit and croissants. Lisa was friendly and personable, accommodated our early breakfast, and gave us a great dinner recommendation. We stayed in the twin room. It was small, and the bathroom especially so. The room was quite warm, and opening the window helped, but the main road was busy enough that we shut it to sleep.
