Staycity Liverpool City Centre

The breakfast setbout was great, with enough to choose from, and the team were pleasant and seemed to really enjoy working there. The room was clean and modern, with a massive bed, though space was tight on one side and I had to climb in. It wasn't too noisy overnight. We stayed while visiting our daughter for her 21st. The location was great and check-in was easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is tight, so make sure they confirm your parking. We arrived to find we hadn't been allocated a space. There's a short walk down steps to the entrance. The room had coffee, tea, a dishwasher, induction hob, sink, fridge, and microwave. We didn't use the kitchen, but it would be ideal if you wanted to eat in. We'd definitely use it again when visiting her during her master's. Well done.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and I found the location great. It was quiet, and the apartments seemed secure. At night the main building door is locked, so you need reception to let you in. I was worried about the living room and kitchen door, which wouldn't stay shut. I'm assuming it's a fire door because it leads to and from the kitchen, so I raised it with reception and was told someone would take a look. We were on the first floor, and getting there with a pram and two young children was difficult even with a lift, because you have to take the stairs to reach it. The only way to avoid the stairs is to go through the car park. I felt unsafe doing that alone with the children, as the car park is accessible from the street to the general public. This wouldn't put me off staying again on a different floor. It was great value, we had a lovely stay, and the staff were great. I'd recommend it.

We were four friends in Liverpool for a football match, and Staycity Aparthotel suited us really well as a group. We stayed 30.01. – 01.02.2026. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very convenient location a short walk from Lime Street Station. We appreciated that staff messaged shortly after we arrived to say we could contact them if we needed anything. We didn't need help, but the proactive note was welcome. The hotel's own restaurant had very good breakfast options, and across the street Duke Street Food Market offered plenty of different food concepts. The city centre is compact, so the location made getting around easy. The football stadium is also reachable on foot, about 45 minutes away. I'd rate Staycity Aparthotel as an excellent choice for groups who want everything within easy reach.

Charlie was extremely helpful when I realized I'd left an item in my room after checking out. I came back five minutes later to collect it, and he already had it waiting for me at reception. The room was clean, nicely designed, and felt like a home away from home, with everything you could want. You can even make a cheeky pizza if you fancy. Great place, recommended!
