Holiday Inn Express Ramsgate - Minster by IHG

The breakfast room was pleasant and airy, with staff keeping the trays filled and clearing things away efficiently. There was a good spread, from cereals and fruit to various cooked options, plus coffee, tea and fruit juice. Our room and ensuite were clean and well laid out. The hotel was very well run, everything as it should be, and I couldn't ask for more.

We’ve booked to come back. The rooms are clean and laid out well, and the bathroom has a separate toilet. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was reasonable. Hotel staff were friendly, and there's a drive-through McDonald's right beside the hotel for a last-minute bite.

Everything went smoothly during our one-night stay, and the room was spotless and well kept. There’s plenty of parking on site, with a couple of shops and a petrol station a short walk away. A nice hotel, no complaints.

We came to Kent with our small dog and stayed here for one night. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was great. We usually choose Travelodge when we're away with our dog, but this was our first time at a Holiday Inn Express with her, and we're glad we tried it. Breakfast was included with every booking, and there were water bowls and treats for dogs at reception. Nice bonus. Our downstairs room faced the back and was quiet, though we did hear a few doors slam. At breakfast we could sit inside with our dog at the tables on the wooden floorboards. We'll definitely come back to Holiday Inn Express.
