Second Nest Ramsgate

The flat itself was nice, but these problems should have been sorted out before our arrival. We never got a response to the call, either, and some feedback afterwards would have been appreciated. Getting in was worrying. We arrived out of hours and the electric lock wouldn't work as expected. An internet search suggested the batteries were nearly flat, and nobody answered the emergency number. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the socket came loose from the wall when I plugged in my phone, which felt dangerous. The toilet kept flushing all night, cycling over and over, so Second Nest can't exactly claim to be saving water or the planet. The fridge was empty, wet inside, and had a condensation problem. The outside of the freezer door was badly rusted. The TV volume wouldn't go above 10, which wasn't loud enough to watch comfortably. Nigel Tuffnell would expect it to reach 11. Second Nest is third rate at best.
