The flat was filthy, there was no Wi-Fi, and I couldn't get a TV signal. The microwave was unusable because old food had been left inside and it hadn't been cleaned. I believe I was exposed to MDF dust while staying there, which is dangerous. The person responsible didn't respond to either me or booking.com when we tried to contact them. I've reported it to Trading Standards. Do not stay here.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, with modern furniture, and the location worked well for the city centre and station. The entrance to the rooms was a bit dirty, but that didn't bother me much. It was really hot in the room. We tried turning down the heating, though either we didn't manage it or someone kept turning it back up. We also couldn't figure out how to open the window. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

The room was clean and tidy, and everything else was fine. The bathroom light was automatic, but it kept switching on by itself during the night. Odd.

Great location, and the place was clean with very modern furniture. They even bought a low pillow after I asked for one.

The flat is very well kept, and the services are all a high standard. It's a lovely place in the city centre, with good transport access. Highly recommended.
