The room was nice and the staff were attentive, with great service. The hot breakfast was very good, a classic english breakfast alongside nice fruit salads, yoghurts and drinks. It's well located for walking to lots of places, and there's a Lidl nearby if you need to shop. Only issue was the shower temperature changing every few seconds. Apart from that, all good!

I've stayed here before, several years ago, and remembered the food being good. This time it was great, and the service deserves 10 stars if I could give them. I'm gluten free, and the staff went above and beyond. The chef even made gluten free croutons for my chicken caesar salad last night. This morning I was pleasantly surprised to find a GF toaster, GF bread and GF cornflakes. I'm really impressed with the team, happy I chose to come back, and the shower was excellent too. They're a credit to the IHG brand.

We had a great time and I hope to come back soon. The receptionist was lovely to talk to and made my brother's and my time in manny. We stayed in two rooms, and the upstairs one was quieter and better than the noisier ground floor room. The service and staff were really nice, parking was free with lots of spaces, and the location was great. It was only £5 by uber to WHP or the city centre. Best hotel I've stayed in. Miss you guys!

It's a bit of a walk into Manchester centre, but it's pleasant going across the canal. For a 3 star hotel, I found it lovely, with great amenities and standards. The staff were the best part, super friendly and made me feel very welcome.

We were in town for a concert and were really pleased with our stay. The room was immaculate, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the hotel felt homely and clean. The staff were lovely and friendly, and breakfast was lovely too. I'd definitely stay again.
