The owners are lovely, and the room I got was full of fun little ornaments that gave the place a really cheerful feel. I slept better there than in my own bed and woke up feeling revived. The town centre is about a two-minute walk away, and the beach maybe five minutes, though I didn't time it and that's just a rough guess. It's a one-of-a-kind B&B in the best way. They'll unfortunately be seeing me again. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Absolute quality!

Our other room fell through, and even though we arrived without a booking, Lee was happy to fit us in. He was friendly and helpful, cooked breakfast to suit my dietary needs, and suggested places to visit around the island. We'd definitely come back.

Lee and co-host Sandy made us feel very welcome. The room had a lovely comfortable bed, plus tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. The Full English in the morning was great. There's a bus stop across the road, Sandown station is a 10-minute walk away, and the seafront is five minutes on foot. An excellent B&B.

The breakfast was excellent, and the service was lovely. Lee, the owner, was especially kind and did everything he could after I had a bad experience with another guest. I had a great stay and will definitely come back.

We’re three vegetarians and usually struggle to get a decent breakfast when we’re away, but they made us a brilliant cooked veggie full English. The room was comfortable and the place felt lovely and homely. The hosts were wonderful and had plenty of local tips for things to see and do. It may not be a grand four-star hotel, but it’s definitely worth a look.
