Greenbank Hotel

The food at The Green bank hotel was excellent, and everyone else had a fantastic meal. I enjoyed the fillet steak, though, to be honest, the portion was much too small. What really made our day was the staff. Our waitress was lovely and kept checking we were all right. When we came out to find our car battery flat, Tyler, a young staff member, went above and beyond by bringing his own car jumper and helping us get going. Amazing staff make the experience so much better.

We had a land-view room that was large and comfortable, with plenty of storage. The double bed was made by pushing two large singles together, so it was big. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoyed a drink in the pub. Breakfast was tasty and served at the table. We ate at the restaurant once, where the food was delicious but pricey. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, and there is parking, though it can get busy in the evening. A couple of things to keep in mind: the hotel is spread out and upper rooms involve stairs. It's only about 10 minutes from the town centre, but the hill is steep if you have mobility issues.

We celebrated my parents' 60th wedding anniversary with the family today. We asked for a square or circular table in a quiet spot with a view, and the staff arranged all of that. Excellent food, lovely service and a fantastic setting made the occasion even more special. A big thank you to everyone.

We had a lovely, comfortable room with a view over the river. Breakfast was lovely too, and I liked being served at the table instead of having a buffet. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and there were plenty of people around to ask for help. There’s lots of parking, and the location is great for walking into Falmouth centre. Highly recommend staying here.
