We had plenty of room and everything we needed, and the place was warm and cosy. It was a lovely spot for celebrating a 90th birthday with a large group. Being able to leave the cars parked and walk to the seaside and town was a real bonus. Scarborough has so much to offer, and one weekend wasn't enough. Many thanks to Julia and Callum.

The kids had plenty of room inside and out, and especially enjoyed the large hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped, with lots of space to socialise, and the bedrooms were spacious with top quality bedding throughout. Royal Victoria House is a large, beautifully appointed place in a superb location, with everything needed for a great family weekend and a lovely welcome pack. All in all, a great experience.

The house was lovely and clean, a short walk from the sea, and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and the welcome gifts, and communication with the hosts was great. Finding the place was harder than expected because the Google Maps pin wasn't accurate. The address was at the end of the information sheet and would have been better highlighted at the top. The main bathroom smelled, though it was beautifully appointed.

A lovely Victorian house in a great part of Scarborough, just a couple of minutes from the seafront. It worked well for the Spa, Italian gardens and Oliver's Mount. There was loads of room for our large family, and the house was very well equipped. The children especially loved the games room.

We spent a brilliant birthday week here with family. There was loads of space, and the place had everything we needed. The location was excellent too. We'd definitely recommend it.
