Cleeve House

Simon kept in touch from the booking right through to the event and did his best to meet our needs. My husband and I got married at Cleeve House on Sept 13th, and the day felt magical. Guests loved the place, with its tall ceilings, chandeliers, traditional windows and warm, classic atmosphere. The sandstone patio has a lovely view and sets the scene for summer evenings. The bedrooms were clean, cosy and nicely decorated. I especially loved the bath in the bridal suite. We really enjoyed working with Simon and the team. Thanks again, Cleeve House.

Simon and his team were so easy to work with, and did everything they could to help the day run the way we wanted. We just had our wedding and reception at Cleeve House, and couldn't have asked for a better day. The place is beautiful inside and out, and we got to use every room. We held the ceremony in the grand hall, then had the band there in the evening. The dining room felt light and airy, while the library and bar gave guests a quieter spot. I'd absolutely recommend Cleeve House and hope to attend another event there soon.

The day went brilliantly, without a hitch, and Simon supported us before and during the party so we could make use of all the lovely grounds. We hired Cleeve House for our 10 year anniversary and Simon was a pleasure to work with. He understood what we were imagining and helped make it happen. We had plenty of ideas, and he was happy to work with them. He and his wife were great with our enquiries and those from our different vendors. Simon even brought in one of my favourite wines for the party. Our visits with the party planner felt well accommodated, and the venue suited our brief perfectly. Having rooms on the ground was a bonus, as many guests could stay there too. Thank you, Simon, for letting us take over your beautiful house and helping us make so much of what we wanted possible.

The farmland views were so peaceful, and the sauna out back was such a nice extra. We had 16 friends staying at Cleeve House, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It's a unique place and made for a memorable stay. Since it's an old house, Simon was very accommodating and made sure the heating was sufficient. The kitchen was stocked with the tools and utensils we needed. We loved our visit.
