Summerhill Apartments

Richard was helpful from before we booked until we left, and our dog was comfortable too. Towels were left in reception for muddy paws. The location makes it easy to walk everywhere, and we found the fabulous Hideaway Restaurant at the end of the cut-through to the beach. We had a spacious two-bedroom apartment, with a very large lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and good storage, and everything was immaculately clean. The bathroom was very clean and functional, though it could do with a spruce-up. Don't expect a power shower, but the prices reflect that. We'd stay again.

We've stayed at Summerhill apartments twice, once last September and again this August. Richard and his family were welcoming and accommodating both times. The apartments are clean, spacious and well furnished, with Shanklin beach and local shops within walking distance. Even my four-year-old cocker spaniel got a special welcome pack. We'd highly recommend Summerhill apartments and will definitely return next year.

For our two-night stay, the spacious apartment and its amenities were fantastic. Bear, our Staffie, came with us, and the beach was literally five minutes away. The train station was a ten-minute walk too. We've found our holiday home. Thanks for a great stay.

Richard, the manager, was mind-blowing in his manner and helped us with everything. It was rainy when we arrived early, and we wanted to check in ahead of time because of the weather. Before I could even ask, he told us to come in and said we didn't need to pay anything. He understood the situation without me having to explain it. We felt at home, and there was a small breakfast already in the living room. There's parking for approximately five cars. The apartments are in the east of Wight. We're planning to come back next summer and stay again. I totally recommend it.
