I loved looking out at the sea each morning, and the location was great. I stayed three nights and had a lovely time. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. My room was clean, spacious and lovely, with a wardrobe that made me feel spoiled. I was surprised by the room service, and it was nice to come back each day to a tidy room. I used the pool, which was a bit cold, but there was a hot shower afterwards. Breakfast had a fantastic range. I'm not usually a breakfast person, but I enjoyed what I picked.

Our dogs seemed to feel just as loved as we did, especially when they were offered sausages at breakfast at no extra cost 😄. The staff were attentive and helpful, and it all felt genuine. We stayed at Brunswick at the end of April 2025 with our two dogs. The room was spacious and clean, and a shared area led to a balcony with a breathtaking garden and sea view. The garden is lovely, with small tables for two and a large round family table if the weather is good. A gate separates the pool area from the main garden, which makes it safer for small children and dogs. The beach is an easy 5 to 7 minute walk away. Dogs aren't allowed on the main beaches from 1st May, but we were lucky to have good April weather and took ours to play on the beach each morning. The dawns are spectacular, so I'd recommend getting up early to watch the sea turn gold. Parking seemed substantial, but I'm not sure there's enough when the hotel is full, so ask. We felt it was great value and left with a warm, happy feeling. Thank you very much!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a little tired, and could use more rails or hooks for drying swimming things. We had a fantastic stay at The Brunswick. The views are incredible, and we enjoyed the pool and games room. Breakfast was always delicious, with plenty of choice. All the staff were fantastic, especially Amber. She took my booking over the phone, helped make sure things would work for my disabled father in law, and even played peek-a-boo with my five year old. She was wonderful in every way.

Room 37 was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast lady was the star. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety. The location was convenient for local attractions and Shanklin beach, and the hotel was great value for money.

We'd definitely come back. The room was fresh and clean, and we got fresh towels each day. Breakfast was lovely, the location was fab, and the staff were friendly and easy to approach. Couldn't fault the place.
