Deborah and Brendon made organising our trip easy from the start. They helped with the booking, found suitable rooms for each family in our group of 16, sorted ferry bookings with us, and suggested local restaurants that suited our tastes. Their hospitality made Cliff Hall feel like home, and they made a special effort with the children. The hotel was spotless and homely, with a warm, family-friendly feel. Breakfast was delicious each morning with plenty for adults and kids. We also enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful garden while the children played. It’s a lovely place for families visiting the Isle of Wight, and we’ll definitely be back.

Debbie and Brendan were wonderful hosts at this lovely hotel. The bar was welcoming, and the filling breakfast had a wide choice. The garden has a beautiful view and was a relaxing place to sit after a great day on the Isle of Wight. It seems ideal for families with children.

Our room had everything we needed, and I couldn’t fault it. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance, so the location is spot on. Deborah and Brendon were warm, helpful hosts who were always happy to suggest places to visit, which came in especially handy on rainy days. Breakfast was great every morning with plenty to choose from. We’d definitely stay again.

We had the relaxing break we needed. The room was clean and a good size, and Deborah and her staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good too, and they tried to provide whatever you wanted.

The view is stunning, and Shanklin town and the beach are both an easy walk away. Our room was a good size, and there’s free parking onsite. This family-run accommodation has a friendly, helpful team, with Deborah and Brendan as welcoming hosts. Breakfast was generous, excellent quality and had a great choice. We had a wonderful stay at Cliff Hall and would highly recommend it.
