The cottage was spotless throughout, including the fridge and bathroom, and the charming village made a great base for nearby attractions. We had chosen it as a backup, but it turned out to be our best option, and we’ll definitely come back. It had most of the tools and facilities we needed, though a dustpan and brush for the fireplace and proper fire tools would have helped. The hoover barely had any suction, too. Those were minor niggles overall.

It’s a gorgeous, romantic spot with lovely views. The wedding pictures should turn out beautifully. It is a little pricey, but ideal for a special day.

Such a cosy hideaway in a really peaceful village. The interior has lots of thoughtful touches, and the bed was sooo comfy. Warm and just right.

The place was in a disgusting state and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was dust and dirt everywhere, cobwebs, spiders and a damp smell. The furniture had woodworm, and the kitchen utensils were rusty and old.

I love this fabulous cottage so much, I could live there all the time. We’re going back again this year.
