The breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. We were glad the staff made room for us to sit separately with our dogs, and even gave each one a sausage. The place is right in the heart of things. We only wish we’d booked another night, especially with such good weather. We’ll be back with our furry friends. 🐶🐶

I didn’t stay at the hotel myself, but a close family member did in late 2023. After he passed away, the staff handled everything with such dignity and respect. They were especially kind and considerate to the family members who came over. It was a terrible time for us, and their empathy helped more than we can say. Thank you all. Bless you. 😢

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. The location was a real highlight, just a two-minute walk to Grand Parade and five minutes from the excellent Blue Flag Skegness beach. Our ocean-view room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was lovely. We were there with our two kids, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout. Adam especially went out of his way for us. There’s also a huge secure car park behind the building.

Great location, reasonable prices, and parking for a small fee. The hotel is welcoming to families and pets, and has good accessibility for both visible and hidden disabilities. Everything was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff couldn’t have done more for their guests. See you soon!

Our two-year-old, who can be shy with new people, felt right at home and was calling everyone his mate. It’s such a friendly, homely place, and nothing was too much trouble for the brilliant owner and staff. Our family room was lovely, parking was free, and the beach is only a short walk away. We’ve already booked another stay in a few weeks. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
