Linda and Alan made us feel so welcome during our two-night stay. The room was clean, nice and homely, and everything we needed was close by, including the beach. Breakfast was really nice too. Thanks for having us, and we'll see you again in the future.

We're already booked in for next year after our second stay. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and close to all the amenities. Lisa and Alan are a lovely couple who do everything they can to make your stay feel relaxed. Breakfast is a real treat, always hot and plentiful, and a great way to start the day. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Skegness. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

The hosts were friendly and very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was lovely and clean. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a good choice of cereals and a freshly cooked breakfast in generous portions. I'd highly recommend it.

The location is superb, just minutes from the pier and town centre, and the street is quiet at night. Our beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. Linda and Alan were friendly and helpful hosts. We enjoyed the full English breakfast, though more flexible timing would have been nice. Understandably, it's a small guesthouse with just the two of them hosting. Well-deserved five stars.

I've stayed here a number of times, and it never lets me down. Everything you could need is in the room, and it's clean and friendly, with the beach, shops and amusements all within walking distance. The breakfast is lovely, including homemade bread. It feels like a home from home. A fantastic stay, highly recommended.
